Prominent real estate developers, The Calida Group hired us to rebrand their Elysian line of luxury properties in Las Vegas.

Starting with Elysian at Southern Highlands, our direction was to conceive a lifestyle brand that would appeal to affluent, single Millennials. We accomplished this by creating a clean, contemporary look with striking and sometimes irreverent images that showcased an exclusive community where tenants live, socialize and thrive.

Phase one of the campaign called for the development of the Elysian logo, tagline and property website. Phase two included the design and production of marketing collateral including direct mail, billboards, stationary, property signage and a brochure.

Adhesive has been there every step of the way as the Elysian brand grows across Nevada. Conceptualizing each new property‚Äôs campaign, we’ve continued to develop marketing communications for Elysian at The District, Elysian West, Constellation, Prime, Elysian at Stone Lake and Elysian at Flamingo.
